We are looking for a business with at least 20 years of history under the previous owner

Modest Headcount

The ideal business for us carries a total headcount (including part time and full time employees) between 10 and 50

Lower Appalachia Faithful

Favorable Profit Margins

We intend to acquire a business in the Greater Lower Appalachia region, including Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama

Competitive Total Profit

Any business we look to acquire will need to be able to demonstrate 10% average net profit margin over the last three years

Reliable Industry

The ideal business for ALG nets $750K to $3.5M in average annual pre-tax net profit over the last three years

Though we will acquire in almost any industry, we are looking for a business in an industry with low seasonality, relatively small charge on customers' total expenses, and high customer necessity
